What is included in the Upgrade Program replacement?A free in-home quote and current system inspection Multiple HVAC options from trusted brands to choose from Shipment and delivery of all new HVAC equipment Installation of new HVAC system and removal/disposal of old system All parts and labor, as well as necessary modifications, permit filings and code requirements

Will my Upgrade Program quote include labor?Yes, your quote will include the costs for shipment, delivery, installation labor, and removal/disposal of your old system.

How long is the warranty on my new equipment?After installation of your new equipment, the install team will provide you with all documentation that comes with the equipment. It is then up to you to register your equipment online, which will then give you a 10 year parts warranty on the equipment.

Will I pay a fee for requesting an Upgrade Program quote?No. HVAC replacement quotes are free for American Home Shield members. Please Note: Quotes are only good for 30 days due to equipment availability and pricing fluctuation. If you do not move forward with your HVAC replacement within the 30-day window, you'll need to submit a request for a new quote.
